When printing on temperature-sensitive substrates, using the right materials is key. This redistribution circuit was printed with Electroninks Incorporated‘s particle-free silver ink (EI-615) on polycarbonate in ambient conditions and thermally post-processed at 120°C without damaging the substrate.
